This is my Sandie. Papa has named her with the Washtenaw County Probate Court as my standby guardian. I can trust her beyond doubt to make sure that I am always in good hands when hospitalized. As a retired 30-year neo-natal ICU nurse at the University of Michigan Health System, you can rest assured that she knows her stuff.
She is retired but was a regular in both helo and fixed-wing emergency transport traveling to other hospitals (even to other states) to pickup troubled newborns. Papa says that she had to learn how to land the different crafts in case the pilot had a heart attack but I think he is fun’n me because he always grins when saying it.
I love my Sandie knowing she will never leave me. I feel so incredibly safe when I find myself in the hospital and I see my Sandie next to me. You have got to see her talk to the hospital staff with authority. I am awe-struck and I don’t even know noth’n about no hospital stuff. Anyone who meets her knows that she is special. And if you don’t believe me, just ask Papa!
